I took my first step in after I went to Amsterdam. I woke up early in the morning for the trainings during 2 days there. I took Albatros and Desdemona trainings. I experienced 4G during my flight with F16. 4G means people feel their body weight 4 times more as a pressure on their body. Normally during ordinary pilot training they are experiencing 3G and may swoon. It was also difficult for me but I know that at the end of this process I will be in Space which is my goal and it’s worth it. What I learned from the life is never being in the same place and limiting myself.
I always thank to my God this is what makes me stronger in the life. During my Desdemona trainings I was in a huge simulatör to experience the same flight what I am going to live during my real space flight. It was breath taking experience for me.
After I got my certificates from those 2 trainings with sucess a couple of days ago I went to Bordeax, France to take the training of Zero G flight. As you will see from the pictures I got my certificate from there as well. I feel myself ready for being a first Turkish astronaut. I am really proud of myself. As I have noticed in Bordeaux during Zero G flight training, all the people who will be the first astronaut of their country was supported by their government. I hope my government will support me as well. I will be more proud of myself when my grand children will read my space journey at their books as a first Turkish woman astronaut.
See you on my next trip to somewhere else in the World…
